All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

• Within Egypt: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
  
• Fully customized orders: Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
• International Orders (if available): Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
From time to time, Auven may offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website or social media accounts.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to follow your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Information

Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
Auven is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Shipping Delays

While we partner with reliable courier services, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or customs procedures for international shipments.
We will always do our best to keep you informed.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and product.
In the rare case of a lost shipment, Auven will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
